We completed this renovation at the start of 2025. The property had been vacant for several years, with many original features still intact. We added a single-storey rear extension, along with significant structural changes, creating an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space, plus a utility room and custom-made storage—ideal for a young family. Large windows and a flat roof light bring in abundant natural light, overlooking the spacious back garden. We also installed a new heating system, including underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, finished with large-format floor tiles.

This rear single-storey extension has really made a difference, and knocking through the existing wall has opened up the kitchen and dining area beautifully. The extra natural light and more open layout makes the space feel so much brighter and more inviting. A perfect addition to this family home.
