"Having uncovered a house conveyance issue dating back to 1983, we realised that despite obtaining full planning permission, the lobby we had built onto an extension in 2016 contravened one of the covenants in that conveyance. Our solicitor advised that this could potentially make selling the house difficult in the future unless we either removed the structure or obtained an agreement from a neighbour to remove the covenant.

An absolute pleasure to work on a project like this with such a nice spec. Clients were an absolute joy throughout and look forward to staying in touch going forward. This small extension created such a more feasible space for our clients, now having a large open plan kitchen diner area with a snug area to the corner. Wrap round bi-folds in OB49 profile allowing all the natural light in possible really showcasing what a beautiful property this is. Really pleased with the outcome of this project. Here’s what we did…
