Headington Renovation
Another stunning project completed in Headington today. This transformation is a real eye catcher with a beautiful new open plan kitchen diner creating an amazing space for our clients.
Works involved a large internal knock through with steel installations and steel post. Replacement of radiators, prep and skimming, kitchen fit, floor fitting, electrical and plumbing works, new rooflight installation + replacement kitchen window & a new fibre glass roof after trimming alterations for rooflight.

- A professional approach from start to finish Completed the project ahead of schedule
- Agreed any changes to original quotation as they occurred (and they were minimal)
- Invoiced as work was completed on a fortnightly basis (apart from initial deposit of 5% to secure the contract), so we didn't have to pay for anything up front
- Told us what was happening as work progressed, when they would be on site and when they wouldn't
- All subcontractors were equally professional (plumbing, electrical, flooring, windows, carpentry)
- Discussed with us any issues which arose during the project, explained the options available and made helpful suggestions along the way
- Left the site clean and tidy and respected our privacy
Any negatives? We had to stock up on biscuits and chocolates, which meant we ate a few too many ourselves"
