Kane Lewis
Operations Director
Kane Lewis, Director. With over 10 years of experience in the building industry I have gathered a lot of knowledge on and off the tools, mainly being bricklaying, groundwork’s and windows & doors. I’ll be a point of contact for day to day running of the site and ensuring our standards are maintained from start to finish.
Paul Lewis

With over 40 year's experience in the trade within different environments I have broad amount of knowledge to help the company run day to day. I enjoy being hands on at site and working with the younger ones, helping them learn whilst I plan to gradually slow down having put the harder years behind me.
Kieran McIntosh
Kieran McIntosh, been in the building trade since leaving school having completed my level 2 bricklaying apprenticeship at college. I enjoy extending my knowledge of building and I'm keen to keep improving.
Seb Faulkner
Seb joined Sterling in August 2024 as an apprentice. Seb enjoys socialising at the weekends and is keen to expand his knowledge and skill set with the team.
