Lloyd Lewis

Managing Director

As the main point of contact leading up to and throughout a job, Lloyd is committed to providing excellent customer care and maintaining high standards of quality control. His focus on delivering a Sterling standard ensures that every project meets the company's expectations for excellence. With a strong drive and a broad range of experience within the building industry, Lloyd thrives on delivering a quality finish that benefits all clients. Kane Lewis

Operations Director

Kane brings over 10 years of experience in the building industry, with a strong background in bricklaying, groundwork, and windows and doors. Throughout his career, he has gained a broad range of skills and knowledge both on and off the tools. As a key point of contact for the day-to-day running of the site, Kane is responsible for ensuring that the company's high standards are maintained from start to finish. His leadership and hands-on experience make him an integral part of the team, driving the success of projects and ensuring quality at every stage.

Paul Lewis

Director

With over 40 years of experience in the trade across various environments, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company. His extensive background enables him to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business. Paul enjoys being hands-on at the site, where he takes pride in working alongside younger colleagues, guiding them, and sharing his knowledge to help them develop their skills. While he plans to gradually slow down as he moves past the more physically demanding years of his career, his experience and dedication continue to make him a valuable asset to the team.

Seb Faulkner

Seb joined Sterling in August 2024 as an apprentice, marking the beginning of his professional journey with the company. As an apprentice, Seb is focused on gaining practical experience and expanding his knowledge and skill set within the team. Outside of work, Seb enjoys socializing during weekends. His proactive approach to learning and commitment to personal and professional growth will likely contribute positively to his development during his apprenticeship at Sterling.

Lucy Lewis

Lucy is based in the office and plays a key role in supporting the team with day-to-day queries and housekeeping tasks. She is responsible for handling various administrative duties, managing sales enquiries, and assisting with scheduling to ensure smooth operations. Lucy's efficient and organized approach helps keep the business running smoothly, allowing the team to focus on their core tasks while she ensures that administrative processes are well-managed. Her versatility and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to the team.

Brendan Neale

Brendan is a dedicated member of the team who is hardworking, reliable and consistently brings a positive attitude to every job site. Known for being a true team player, he works seamlessly with others, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. His strong work ethic is matched by his uplifting spirit, which boosts morale and keeps the team motivated. Whether it's supporting the team or tackling hands-on tasks, he’s always ready to contribute wherever needed.

Leo Kelly

Leo is a hardworking and polite plasterer and general labourer/improver with 3 years of experience in the trade. He is known for his reliability, strong work ethic, and commitment to producing high-quality results on every project. Whether assisting on-site or carrying out plastering work, Leo is a valuable team member. Outside of work, he enjoys playing football and taking part in motocross, bringing the same energy and dedication to his hobbies as he does to his job.

Max Fletcher

Max has completed both his Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in bricklaying, as well as a Level 2 course in carpentry, demonstrating a strong foundation in multiple trades. With nine years of hands-on experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to his work and is deeply passionate about his craft. Known for being incredibly well-mannered and genuinely kind, Max is not only a talented tradesman but also a pleasure to work with. Outside of work, he enjoys motocross and spending quality time with his family.

Danny Hill

Danny Hill has over 20 years of experience in the building trade and is a skilled multi-trade professional, with expertise in carpentry, tiling, plastering, and second fixing. Known for his keen eye for detail, Danny takes great pride in delivering high-quality work with exceptional finishing touches. Outside of work, he enjoys running Hailey Football Club and is a dedicated Chelsea supporter.

Dave Hill

Dave brings over 25 years of experience in all aspects of internal renovation work, making him a highly skilled and reliable member of our team. His expertise spans plumbing - including boilers, vented and unvented cylinders, and cookers - as well as plastering, tiling, and flooring. As a specialist bathroom and kitchen fitter, Dave handles every part of the installation process with precision and care. He has been on the Gas Safe Register for 13 years, ensuring all gas work is completed to the highest safety standards. Outside of work, Dave enjoys keeping active through cycling and golf, spending time outdoors, fishing, cooking, and making memories with his children.
