Managing Director

Kane Lewis
Operations Director
Kane brings over 10 years of experience in the building industry, with a strong background in bricklaying, groundwork, and windows and doors. Throughout his career, he has gained a broad range of skills and knowledge both on and off the tools. As a key point of contact for the day-to-day running of the site, Kane is responsible for ensuring that the company's high standards are maintained from start to finish. His leadership and hands-on experience make him an integral part of the team, driving the success of projects and ensuring quality at every stage.
Paul Lewis
Director
With over 40 years of experience in the trade across various environments, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company. His extensive background enables him to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business. Paul enjoys being hands-on at the site, where he takes pride in working alongside younger colleagues, guiding them, and sharing his knowledge to help them develop their skills. While he plans to gradually slow down as he moves past the more physically demanding years of his career, his experience and dedication continue to make him a valuable asset to the team.
Kieran McIntosh
Kieran has been working in the building trade since leaving school, following the completion of a Level 2 bricklaying apprenticeship at college. With several years of experience in the industry, Kieran has developed a strong foundation in construction and is passionate about expanding his knowledge in the field. His commitment to continuous improvement reflects his drive to stay up-to-date with industry practices and further enhance his skill set.
Seb Faulkner
Seb joined Sterling in August 2024 as an apprentice, marking the beginning of his professional journey with the company. As an apprentice, Seb is focused on gaining practical experience and expanding his knowledge and skill set within the team. Outside of work, Seb enjoys socializing during weekends. His proactive approach to learning and commitment to personal and professional growth will likely contribute positively to his development during his apprenticeship at Sterling.
Lucy Lewis
Lucy is based in the office and plays a key role in supporting the team with day-to-day queries and housekeeping tasks. She is responsible for handling various administrative duties, managing sales enquiries, and assisting with scheduling to ensure smooth operations. Lucy's efficient and organized approach helps keep the business running smoothly, allowing the team to focus on their core tasks while she ensures that administrative processes are well-managed. Her versatility and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to the team.
