"Sterling Renovations are seriously impressive from first interaction to handover. They renovated several rooms including new skylight windows, changing the internal floor plan / layout, installing hardwood flooring, installing a feature freestanding bath in the bedroom and a custom bathroom cupboard with floor to ceiling mirrors in the doors. Like others have mentioned, their communication was excellent throughout. Lloyd and the team were patient and responsive during the scoping phase and took the time to talk me through the various ideas and options. The quotation was fair, detailed and itemised which did a lot to build trust from an early stage. They run a tight ship too - they shared a project plan and stuck to it, going the extra mile to respond to any issues to avoid delaying the project. During the job they kept the site clean and tidy and showed pride in their work - they clearly love what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sterling Renovations to anybody looking for building work and renovations (big or small)."
