Church Way, Oxford

Church Way, Oxford

We completed this renovation at the start of 2025. The property had been vacant for several years, with many original features still intact. We added a single-storey rear extension, along with significant structural changes, creating an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space, plus a utility room and custom-made storage—ideal for a young family. Large windows and a flat roof light bring in abundant natural light, overlooking the spacious back garden. We also installed a new heating system, including underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, finished with large-format floor tiles.

The downstairs cloakroom, family bathroom, and ensuite were renovated, each with distinctive colours and varying styles. On the first floor, we added custom-made wardrobes and new carpeting. Externally, we installed Western Red Cedar cladding at the front and repaired the garage floor due to a structural issue caused by a collapsed drain. We have loved working closely with our clients to bring their vision to life and are thrilled with the results.'
