An absolute pleasure to work on a project like this with such a nice spec. Clients were an absolute joy throughout and look forward to staying in touch going forward. This small extension created such a more feasible space for our clients, now having a large open plan kitchen diner area with a snug area to the corner. Wrap round bi-folds in OB49 profile allowing all the natural light in possible really showcasing what a beautiful property this is. Really pleased with the outcome of this project. - New extension with corner Origin corner bi-folds installed by @dovecotewindows
- Removal of old porch canopy and installation of new oak post for roof the flow through.
- New retaining walls and dig out. Hot tub area install with slot channel aco drainage
- New porcelain patio throughout with new matching brick steps created
- Landscaping including creation of planters and planting of new trees with white pebbles to finish, new soil and turf to finish.
- Matching cladding to existing building with new custom made log store to left side of porch.
- New tiled floor to extension area with new kitchen island and units installed, installation of new quooker tap with filtered system for sparkling water alongside other features.
- Custom made media wall with all the finishings, Sonos ceiling speakers ready for them summer hot tub parties.
Snagging of painting, roof down pipe and remaining pebbles complete after photos taken.
