Rear Extension in Oxford

Today we handed over on this lovely single story rear extension in Oxford. A fantastic project all round for a lovely family who we've had the pleasure of getting to know.

Works involved knocking down a lean to outbuilding that was almost an unusable space, building the new rear extension with lovely parapet detail with stone copings to top it off & creating an open plan kitchen area and snug/lounge with a view to the garden and which also had a full makeover.

Internally we knocked through the rear of the house to create the open plan kitchen with rooflight above, utility cupboard & downstairs WC under the stairs making the most of all the space available. New kitchen fit supplied by Howdens Joinery and a bespoke window seat with storage as per a great design by Freeman Design.
