Chapel Road, South Leigh

This project involved a full renovation of a four-bedroom property, transforming it from an unconventional upside-down layout into a traditionally structured family home. The entire house was stripped back to its core and reimagined with a complete internal remodel, including structural reconfiguration to optimize flow and functionality.

We installed a full underfloor heating system across the ground floor, added three new bathrooms and a downstairs WC, and fitted new internal and external doors and windows to suit the redefined spaces. A bespoke new staircase, full redecoration throughout, and a stunning new kitchen complete with custom worktops by Oxford Stone Craftmanship further elevated the interior. Outside, we completed the transformation with a beautifully laid rear patio, seamlessly extending the living space. This renovation reflects a careful balance of structural expertise and design vision, delivering a home that is both practical and stylish.
